Wine Marketing Strategy | Content Marketing Plan For Wine Brands
Wine Marketing Strategy | Content Marketing Plan for Wine Brands Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ One of the most powerful methods to forward your wine marketing strategy is the use of modern inbound marketing. Factually any wine brand can take advantage of it with minimal investment. How much does it cost to place an ad in Wine Enthusiast, versus creating content and distributing it through your email and social media? The only time involved with the latter is the man hours, but once created, those networks will remain in place for a long time. And according to a recent Hubspot report that surveyed 900+ professionals, 89% of businesses are either maintaining or increasing their inbound marketing budgets. What you can do to better market and sell wine: 1. Use video as branded content to forward your wine marketing strategy. Branded content, such as video presentations, insight into how to pair wine with food, interviews with wine experts, and showcasing popular vineyards, are just some of the ideas of promoting wise through content and social media. 2. Blog more. If your winery had a special event, write a quick paragraph that covers it. Got sheep grazing in the spring vineyards? Explain how it’s part of you practice and post pictures of the baby sheep. Everyone loves baby animal pics. Is there an exciting new variety being released? Interview the winemaker, and express his passion for it. 3. Use paid social media advertising, such as Facebook. Don’t simply post links to your bottles of wine for sale. In fact, promoting your product on the social network should be a low priority. Use them to listen to your customers, and interact with them. Show them there’s a face behind the company. This fosters trust and increased loyalty. Post a picture of your last wine club event and tag your wine club members. Their friends and family will see that, and it furthers your brand recognition. 4. Monitor your brand. You have a world of wine bloggers, forums, and niche social communities talking about your brand. Visit their site, and comment on their review. Join the forum and do the same.

How To Increase Sales Volume | Strategy & Tips on How To Increase Sales Volume
Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Increasing sales and revenues are related but different goals, and each needs its own strategy. Although the tactics for each might be different, they should complement each other. Understanding how sales and revenue are related and how to balance your need to increase both helps you market efficiently and optimize your profits. There are 3 main strategies and tips I share on how to increase sales volume with marketing basics. 1. Develop more things to sell. This will increase your sales volume to existing clients, as well as develop new sales markets for additional clients. 2. Have more people selling your products and services. This can be done by adding sales personnel, or by adding partners in selling for you. This is called "partnership marketing" or co-branding. 3. Ask more people for money, more often. You can increase your sales volume by asking for more business, more often, from more people. In a perfect world, you would have an unlimited budget to market your business in order to find new customers and increase sales. You could buy lots of online and offline advertising, run promotions to build traffic in store and online, and launch a proactive public relations campaign to increase your product or brand's visibility and awareness. But this isn't a perfect world. Realistically, most small businesses and even many mid-sized firms have more great ideas on how to peddle their wares than available resources. So where do you start if you are looking for more customers? Learning to generate new sales leads is an essential skill for an entrepreneur. Even if you don't consider yourself a salesperson in the classic sense of the Willy Loman character from Arthur Miller's play Death of a Salesman, you need to understand that the possibilities for finding new customers range from cold calling names from the phone book to buying lists of potential customers to using newer Internet techniques like search engine optimization to drive new business to your website. I offer the personalized services to CEO's, CMO's, small business owners and entrepreneurs that are based on planning and accountability. Key services and programs that I offer are: - Business Executive Coaching - Small Business Coaching - Business entrepreneur training - Small business coaching - Small business marketing ideas - Leadership training programs - Marketing strategies - Content marketing - Lead generation techniques - Online reputation management - Change management - Professional web design - Social media marketing How Does An Executive Coach Help? An executive coach helps by providing insight, improving performance and assisting in discovering solutions. This is accomplished by providing immediate and candid feedback. Too few executives receive little or no feedback. It seems as though the importance of feedback, and whether or not it is given frequently, has been lacking in the business world. The higher up the ladder one climbs, the more vital feedback becomes, but the less it is given due to fear amongst employees or the blind spot or the executive himself. Due to these situations, leadership members seem to stop developing and improving certain workplace tools such as leadership, marketing and interpersonal skills. Your first step with me is to schedule a Complimentary Leadership Analysis and share with me where you’ve been with your business, where your business is currently, and where you want it to go. From there, we can work on ideas to help you achieve the results that are most important to you. Business Coaching | Executive Coaching | Las Vegas, Nevada

How To Use Long Tail Keywords - SEO for Local Video & Blogging
How To Use Long Tail Keywords - Local Video SEO and Blogging SEO Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Most small business blogs and videos are ineffective. Fact is, it’s true. There are many reasons for it, but none more important than what I want to briefly talk about and then show you(via video)today. I educate people on how to use long-tail keywords, for blogging and YouTube video marketing, and what they are. Although I don’t want to go into too much depth here regarding this ‘low hanging fruit’ of the world wide web, it suffices to say that long tail keywords consist of longer phrases (usually at least 3 words or more)that internet searches are entering in order to find more specific data regarding a particular niche. Here is an example: Short Tail: mortgages Medium Tail: Best mortgages Long Tail: Best mortgages for first time home buyers Because internet users are becoming more and more adroit at searching and finding information online, the floodgates are wide open for any businesses that is able to aggressively go after these ‘longer phrases’ and beat others to the punch. This process of developing a killer small business blog and video marketing strategy, thus dominating your niche via the long-tail keywords, is not as hard as it might sound. It only requires these essential qualities: Think like someone shopping for a mortgage Write home loan friendly content for your blog and videos, Consistency in Post Frequency Business owners and employees have a big problem when it comes to content marketing: they often think like business owners and employees. You may snicker at this but it’s absolutely true. The curse of knowledge can kill anyone’s ability to speak at the level of their audience. In order to overcome this problem, the most important exercise a business owner or content marketer can do for his or her blog is to sit down and write the 20 most prominent questions consumers ask regarding his or her product. These questions formulate perfect titles for blog articles and combined with solid content and regularity (post at least twice a week), a blog’s traffic will quickly skyrocket because of its consumer-centric appeal. If you haven’t ever done this exercise, stop putting it off. It works. Remember: Any question, and I really mean ANY, that a consumer asks regarding a product or service is worth writing about. And it’s the businesses that are most aware of these questions that end up producing the best content for search engines and eventually garnering the most viewers. Subscribe to my YouTube channel

Think Big | Thinking Big Picture | How To Think Bigger
Think Big | Thinking Big Picture | How To Think Bigger Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Check out my Podcast: https://anchor.fm/caffeinated-content Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Think (v.) - 1.) Direct one's mind toward someone or something; use one's mind actively to form connected ideas. 2.) To carefully consider facts in order to understand something, make a decision, or solve a problem. It’s easy to get lost in the weeds at work. While being heads down has its place, it’s equally critical to look up: to reflect on how things are going, to consider alternative strategies, and to ask yourself the hard, high-level questions. But how can you empower yourself to step back and look at the big picture so you can lead your team more effectively? Unpacking your big-picture thinking into a handful of specific goals will make it that much more actionable. If you want to redesign your product, break down this ambition into more specific actions that have a finite timeline: For example, I want to write a draft for the product roadmap over the next two years, broken up into a hierarchy of themes. Big questions are worth asking but they should be framed in a way that doesn’t feel burdensome or insurmountable. If they do, decompose them into smaller pieces until each one feels doable. Identify a problem and several solutions. If I have big goal, I will generally procrastinate on tackling it unless I immediately choose the first steps. If I want to create a new product roadmap, my first steps may include finding all the various Google Docs and Asana projects where we’ve done roadmapping in the past. Next, I will read them. Next, I’ll make a list of potential features, then group those features into themes. Then, I’ll ensure there’s a specific deliverable and audience for the proposals. Having a time and a place when you know you’ll need to present your ideas (such as at a big meeting) to an audience is a good way to force you to structure your approach. SEO Best Practices | Local Search Marketing Optimization
SEO Best Practices | Local Search Engine Marketing Optimization  Contact me at http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Learn more about my realtor coaching services: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8QPUqFZcZ8 The best SEO practices for 2016 and beyond will require a strategic mindset, as well as a detailed plan on how to leverage what I am about to share in this post. In theory, the best SEO practices are quite simple and straightforward. Yet, the deployment will be complex, as well as require persistence and organization.  "It is a little-known secret that Google and other search engines are making a shift from traditional SEO to a focus on quality and authoritative content. While it is still important to optimize your meta data and remain on top of relevant keywords, it can no longer be denied that when it comes to generating organic search results, quality content with a strong focus on authority is now leading the pack." - Entrepreneur (Jan 6, 2015)  Best SEO Practices Checklist: 1. Discovering and targeting additional verticals. 2. Conducting thorough keyword research for those verticals. 3. Creating high-quality content for each keyword. This would include in-depth copywriting. 4. Distributing this content on a continually basis. (Email, social media, PPC, native advertising, etc.) While this is a simple list, each one can require an extensive amount of time, effort, and resources. Fortunately, these four actions are scalable for any business, including a solopreneur with practically no budget.  There is no such thing as SEO without content. You need words, articles, substance, keywords, verbiage. It’s true: Content is king. We don’t argue about that anymore. It’s a truism of the SEO industry. Content content content. And what is content marketing all about? It’s about content. The practical application of SEO (content) is the very substance of content marketing. Facebook Advertising Strategy & Tips | How To Use Facebook Ads Effectively
Facebook Advertising Strategy & Tips | How To Use Facebook Ads Effectively Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Facebook Advertising Tip #1: Use Facebook’s Purchase Behaviour Data Purchasing behavior subcategories include Buyer Profiles, Clothing, Food & Drink, Health & Beauty and a lot more. Within each broad subcategory, you can drill down into types of behavior; for example, choosing Buyer Profiles will then let you target DIYers, Fashionistas, Foodies, etc. Facebook shows you how many user profiles you can target in each subcategory, based on their aggregated, multi-sourced offline transaction-based data (or in simpler terms, the number of Facebook users in that category they’ve matched to offline purchasing data). Facebook Advertising Tip #2: Leverage Life Events Targeting Certain types of businesses or campaigns are based on selling to people experiencing certain major life events. Funeral homes, for example, obviously want to connect with people who are planning a funeral, terminally ill, or lost/losing a loved one. Moving services want to get in front of you if you’ve just purchased a new house or apartment. Wedding photographers target people who are engaged. Facebook has pretty much every conceivable life event targeting option, since we tend to post these to our timelines. Facebook Advertising Tip #3: Nurture Leads & Build Loyalty With Facebook Custom Audiences Facebook Custom Audiences are an advanced feature that enable you to connect on Facebook with your existing contacts. Getting in front of your existing customers and app users on their favorite social network reinforces your brand, but also gives you the opportunity to increase lifetime customer value, order frequency, and loyalty. Custom Audiences are created by uploading your customer phone list, or purchaser/subscriber email list in CSV or TXT format, to Facebook. You can also create a Custom Audience based on your site visitors (and specific pages visited on your site), or on specific actions taken within your game or app Facebook Advertising Tip #4: Expand To A Lookalike Audience Lookalike Audiences are a logical next step, once you have a good Custom Audiences strategy in place. Even if you don’t have your own email or phone list, you can mirror your Facebook fan base. Lookalikes allow you to expand beyond your reach but still target people with highly specific profiles, by creating audiences that look like your own targets. If you have neither a list nor a big enough Facebook following, you can still create a Lookalike Audience using a tracking pixel to create a Website Custom Audience to mirror. Facebook Advertising Tip #5: Get Super Granular With Layered Targeting Options The really powerful thing about Facebook ads is in your ability to layer targeting options on top of one another, gradually making your audience more and more specific. An extreme (and hilarious) example of the power of hypertargeting was featured in AdWeek last year, when a marketing pro targeted his roommate with ads so specific the poor guy thought he was being cyberstalked. Yes, you can use combinations of behaviors, demographics, and geolocation data to reduce your audience to as little as one person. Far more useful for you, however, is the ability to match ad creative and offers to smaller audiences created using combinations of data. Real estate SEO can be easy, if you know what to do. While all forms of marketing should encourage your audience to eventually do business with you, your approach needs to be subtle and less self-serving. Your marketing strategy should focus on humanizing your business and automating things when you can. The NAR reports that 87% of all new agents fail after five years in the industry, leaving a paltry 13% making it successfully. Agents do not leave the real estate industry because they made too much money. They leave the real estate industry because they didn’t make enough or none at all. And how many of those 13%, after five years, are truly affluent and enjoying their career? Not enough! An effective real estate website has a huge impact when it comes to the success of a real estate business. Today, a lot of people are now turning to the internet for information and searching for properties is no doubt a part of this. I provide great real estate marketing tips to make a real estate website an effective tool for promoting the business and effectively reach out to prospective clients. For a realtor, the best marketing and SEO ideas are to feature your new listings, as well as answer commonly asked questions from home sellers and buyers. Also, producing videos about local resources, events, and locations (schools, churches, shopping centers, tourist attractions, etc.) makes for great content. Google and other search engines love realtor websites and blogs that feature content about the community you serve. As an published author, I have helped hundreds of agents with: 1. Developing a Sales and Marketing Strategy Plan
Developing a Sales and Marketing Strategy Plan Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ When developing and sales and marketing strategy/plan there are two types of sales approaches. One is the mindset of the hunter and the other is that of the farmer. The Hunter. The mindset of the hunter is to “Track, Kill & Move On.” Hunters are quick, restless and nomadic. The rapidly assess opportunities and discover rapid solutions to generate sustenance. In sales and marketing this would involve outbound phone calls, networking, and generally canvassing one’s territory for relatively immediate sales.  The Farmer. The mindset and habits of a farmer is to stay in a one location, large or small, and to cultivate over a longer period of time. Farmers are very attune to the weather, the soil and many other factors, any of which could aversely affect his crops in the upcoming months or even years. When times get tough, they have a hard time moving on to new lands like the hunter. But their advantage is that they can feed hundreds of people for months and months when they do their job right and consistently. When developing a complete sales and marketing strategy plan it is important to factor in both types of personalities and tactics. One needs the hunters to find and bring home immediate sales. But it is also important that you have farmers who are tending to those who require nurturing. By doing so, future “crops” of leads will bear fruit.  The Biggest Mistake The biggest mistake that any small business, start-up or corporation could make it to believe that all you need are more hunters to get in more sales. And likewise, one could pendulum swing and concentrate so much on nurturing that no immediate sales are generated, thus causing financial hardship for the enterprise.  It is important to have both a Hunter and a Farmer strategy for your sales and marketing plan.  Please subscribe to my YouTube channel.

100 Day Action Plan To Grow Business | Leadership 100 Day Plan
100 Day Action Plan To Grow Business | Leadership 100 Day Plan Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Here are my Top 10X actions to take over the next 100-days to grow your business with additional revenue and more new customers: 1. Assess Your Resources and Any Past Successes. Growth begins with augmenting and strengthening what has already worked for you in the past. Look to your metrics, going back years, as well as those periods of affluent sales and growth. Discover and know with certainty what the crucial actions and processes that were in place to create such success. 2. Develop A Written Marketing & Sales Plan. Based on what you discover in the first point above, as well as looking at what new opportunities exist that could now be leveraged, write an actual plan for your sales and marketing growth. This is not something you discuss, but actually write down. Break this plan down into smaller tactical actions. 3. Have In Place A Marketing Budget. Nothing will move forward unless it is financed. You should be spending 10% of your profits to grow your business with marketing and sales initiatives and programs. 4. Execute Your Plan. Now that you have a written plan and budget in place, you have to work every day to ensure that these actions are put into place, are doggedly followed through, and that the WORK is being executed. 5. Look For and Develop Co-Branding Partnerships. The fastest method to get in front of more customers is to co-brand with non-competing companies; particularly ones which complement you and which you do the same for them. Promote their services to your database and then get them to reciprocate. The possibilities are endless. A handful of partnerships can place your brand in front of thousands of potential customers that you could have never reached otherwise. 6. Train Your Sales People & Customer Service Personnel. Educate your personnel to become more effective in how they communicate, educate, and sell products and services. Invest in increasing the knowledge and skill sets of your team. There is a bounty of courses, webinars, workshops, books, CD’s, YouTube videos, etc. on the subject of sales and marketing, that there is no longer any reason not to invest in the elevation of your team. 7. Spend Money on Advertising. You have to pay-to-play in today’s business world. Your best paid actions are emailing marketing, Facebook advertising, YouTube advertising, native advertising, webinars, and participating in conventions and workshops to contact prospects in person. 8. Become Your Own Media. “You are what you publish.” Content marketing is a vital branding and marketing activity which you can no longer avoid if you wish to attract more prospects, build a formidable sales pipeline, and increase revenue. Content marketing, and HOW to do it right, is what I cover extensively in my book. 9. Become A “Growth Seeker.” If you are not ambitious to grow, then nothing I have listed above will develop and be executed. Ambitious individuals surmount incredible barriers and find a way. 10. Track Your Metrics Like A Hungry Cat At A Mouse Hole. When you manage your business, marketing actions, and sales by the numbers, you can see what works and drop what doesn’t. Become a business manager who manages by the numbers, not by rumors or feelings. What is Local SEO? Local SEO is an effective way to market your business online. It helps businesses promote their products and services to local customers at the exact time they’re looking for them. Local SEO uses a variety of strategies — getting your site ranked on search engines like Google, business directories such as Yelp, Superpages, Foursquare, Yellowbook, Google My Business listing, Bing Places for Business page, localized content on your website, online reviews and other strategies. Millions of customers use local search every day to find the best local businesses in their area. You can help increase your chances of getting found by these potential customers, by working with a local SEO company, of which there are a growing amount of. Local SEO services offer a very targeted online marketing approach, (it’s not like dropping off brochures on front-porch steps or paying for an ad in a local newspaper that may or may not be seen by a potential customer that is actually interested in your products or services). Local SEO companies allows you to position your business on search engines and other digital marketing platforms so you’re seen by potential customers — on their terms. Best Local SEO Keywords For 2018 Best Near Me How to The ways to leverage these keywords is to vary them within your content, blogs, YouTube videos, as well as encouraging their use in reviews in Yelp, Google My Business and Facebook. Examples: "Best dentist in Las Vegas, Nevada", "Best dentist near me in Las Vegas", and "How to find the best dentist near me".

LinkedIn is often the B2B platform of choice. However, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with potential customers on Facebook. I’m not suggesting you give up a platform that works for you, but rather consider expanding your marketing to include Facebook. Today, people typically will check your company’s social profiles before they do business with you. You don’t know on which platform they’ll look for you, so cover all of your bases. And be patient. Since organic reach is down, give Facebook some time to catch on with your customers. Many businesses feel like Facebook does not apply to their business. In some niche specific industries, this can indeed be true. However, there are two key reasons that businesses need to pay attention to Facebook. 1. Advertising intelligence Create customized messaging to a highly targeted audience. Then couple that with powerful analytics to make smart decisions. Facebook has developed the most robust platform to reach your prospects. And with 1.55 billion users on Facebook and over 1 billion users active each day, your audience is likely on Facebook. I spoke to Valerie Shoopman, co-author of the number-one Amazon Best-Seller, The Book on Facebook Marketing, about Facebook ad strategy. Valerie says, “One of the strongest and highest return-on-investment (ROI) factors is the Facebook re-targeting that allows you to show ads only to people that have visited your website.” 2. Brand and reputation management Even if a business is not depending on lead generation from a business page, not being on Facebook means not showing up in the largest social-media conversation on the planet. You can certainly find top brands like NIKE and TOM Shoes are using the Facebook platform well. However, if your business is smaller than these, you should still pay attention to what is going on here in 2016 to position better your company in your market. Megha Rodriguez with Social Enchantment is seeing lots of lost opportunities with brand and reputation management in the B2B sector of social media. Megha said, “Brands that are not actively engaging with projects and clients are missing it.” KEY TAKEAWAYS 1. The majority of people in this country are on Facebook so it's highly likely your target market is on Facebook too 2. If you can target the ads the right way, have the right message and compel people to engage with your content, Facebook can become a fantastic channel to drive sales 3. Facebook is really good at profiling its users to help companies with ad targeting 4. You can upload emails into Facebook and create a 'Custom Audience' of those people - you can then create a 'Lookalike Audience' of people who have the same characteristics as the Custom Audience you created 5. You can purchase a list of email addresses or phone numbers from a list broker and create a Custom Audience in Facebook to advertise to (just make sure you have the rights to upload them to Facebook) - you can also create a Lookalike Audience of that Custom Audience and target your ads to them 6. You can target specific individuals via Custom Audiences and create targeted messaging for them 7. The smallest audience Facebook will allow you to create is 20 people, which means you can get super-targeted with your advertising 8. Understanding how to advertise on the Facebook platform is understanding how to advertise anywhere that isn't a search engine - it's critical for a company to understand 9. You can start advertising from $500 per month 10. What you can expect from your ad spend depends on how good your website and content is - if your content and website aren't good enough, invest in making them awesome first and then invest in Facebook 11. If you start with content you can't fail, just make sure your content is awesome and you think about what happens after they view your content Please subscribe to my YouTube channel. There are several aspects of developing a real estate agent brand. The most effective agents have an effective marketing plan and have branded themselves well. Your real estate solutions for your clients are unique, valuable, and need to be communicated. The Orange County Register featured Edwin Dearborn as a true “Marketing Expert”. Edwin has also been featured in Entrepreneur, CBS MoneyWatch, Social Media Today, and other national media outlets. Edwin has appeared as a keynote speaker for Sony and the American Marketing Association. Edwin was formally educated in marketing and public relations in Hollywood, CA in the early 1990’s. His new book, Power Branding Secrets reveals how any entrepreneur, startup or existing small business can catapult their brand’s awareness, thus generating more publicity, inbound leads and higher sales. In my opinion, one the greatest opportunities in my industry's arena is real estate branding. I say this due to the fact that so many real estate agents sound the same as well as look the same. Too many real estate agents and brokers conduct the same types of real estate branding and marketing efforts as 99% of their competitors. My definition of branding is, "Your distinctive, indispensable attributes and value." The core of all branding strategies and efforts is to ensure that you create a distinctive and memorable impression within the minds of your target audience. To achieve this objective, one must incorporate many tools, such as logos, slogans, websites, events, public relations, as well as well-crafted content that can be shared and found within organic search. http://www.powerbrandingsecrets.com/r... How To Grow Your Small Business Fast | Small Business Growth Tips
How To Grow Your Small Business Fast | Small Business Growth Tips Reach out to me at https://premiereleadsystems.com/ For those of you who have already successfully started a small business and are ready to take the next step, you may be wondering what you can do to help your small business grow. Why is this? Well, small businesses are seen as a positive influence “on the way things are going in this country.” But it’s more than that. Small businesses are in a unique position to create valuable customer experiences. Their products and services are often niche; the target customer is very defined; and business operations are agile and unconstrained by corporate rules and processes. Small businesses are stuck in the stone age of marketing. They don’t have access to the same marketing tools as Fortune 500 companies and resort to marketing tactics that would make a CMO shiver: paper flyers, sign spinners, door hangers, and more. Meanwhile, Fortune 500 companies invest millions in a sophisticated marketing technology stack and the corresponding talent dedicated to manage it. The growing chasm between these sophisticated marketers and those who lack the time and the resources to compete emphasizes the differences between small businesses and major corporations. This lack of parity in marketing tools and abilities contributes to the startling statistic that 50 percent of small businesses fail within their first five years of opening. Small businesses are also trusted for their integrity, community engagement and customer service. When was the last time you called a small business and got put through to an automated call center? These seemingly small things come together to create a hugely competitive value proposition – and are the lynchpin of your brand. Word of mouth is often a small businesses greatest lead generator, so having great products and services that people talk about is a critical part of your brand and why you are in business. Even the most outgoing and charming small business owner is not going to succeed in bringing customers back, unless the product or service they provide delivers and exceeds expectations. Advertising on Reddit - Cost & Strategy
Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Advertising on Reddit - Cost & Strategy Reddit has generated 8 billion page views from nearly 234 million unique monthly visitors. It has thousands of targeted communities organized around every conceivable topic. It’s the largest, most influential and most engaged community/platform/website on the entire Internet. It’s the self-proclaimed Front Page of The Internet – and the home of the Internet’s tastemakers with the people most likely to talk and voice opinions. Reddit has cheap traffic. It has tons of very targeted ad inventory. Based on stats alone, it should be a marketer’s dream…but marketers (still) aren’t really showing up like you’d expect. There are a lot of reasons for this – from it’s raucous and controversial reputation to its ugly interface to its odd subculture. It’s also not a safe, censored, walled garden like Facebook, and doesn’t have the mass culture buzz of Twitter. You may think advertising on Reddit is an uphill battle and not worth it – just like all too many of the advertisers out there. The fact that so many advertisers ignore Reddit represents a huge opportunity. Reddit is a wide-open platform for advertisers willing to spend time doing Reddit advertising correctly. That’s because (compared to Google AdWords or Facebook Ads) no one knows how to advertise on Reddit. And often the advertisers who think they know how to advertise on Reddit… don’t actually know how to do it well (and often end up hurting their brands in the process). My Best Referral Marketing Strategy and Program | Asking For Referrals Effectively
Asking for Referrals - Referral Marketing Ideas and Strategies Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ “People influence people. Nothing influences people more than a recommendation from a trusted friend. A trusted referral influences people more than the best broadcast message. A trusted referral is the Holy Grail of advertising.” — Mark Zuckerberg Every business person understands that word-of-mouth is the most effective marketing there is. Referrals are easier to close and tend to spend more money than clients that arrive to your business through other channels. Yet, only three-percent of business people know how to proactively instigate and amplify more referrals. When a brand follows my three steps effectively and consistently, they can proactively increase their leads by 300%. Take These Three Steps: 1. Create positive experiences with your clients. Render great service as fast as you can. This will be the foundation for cutomer loyalty. 2. Document your customer’s experience in some way. This could be a review on Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc., a page on your website dedicated for positive reviews, a videoed testimony, case studies, press releases, or some similar type of content. 3. Amplify that positive content through your lists, partners, events, as well as through organic and paid social advertising. Bonus Step: Continue to executive steps 1 through 3 smarter, faster and to an ever-growing base of clients. The more intelligent and creatively you execute upon these steps, the more referrals you will create. Slow Brands vs Highly-Profitable Brands: Slow brands wait for word-of-mouth to occur on its own; highly-profitable brands know how to engineer these steps into a growth strategy. Intelligent brands turn the above three steps into a system, a marketing program that becomes executed as a standard process within their business. They may outsource this process to various marketing companies, writers, videographers, social media professionals and such, or they may assign internal team members these tasks as their duties. Most solopreneurs do these on their own until they can afford the assistance of other professionals. I help brands with: * Facebook advertising * Referal marketing programs and strategies * How to get referrals from your sales * Referral marketing for real estate professionals * Word of Mouth Adviertising on social media * B2B Referal Marketing All this and more I cover in my book, Power Branding Secrets. Why Do Most Small Businesses Fail? | Sales And Marketing Strategies
Why Do Most Small Businesses Fail? Contact me at http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ According to Bloomberg, 8 out of 10 entrepreneurs who start businesses fail within the first 18 months. A whopping 80% crash and burn. The rates of companies that go out of business have changed little over the past 20 years, the SBA says, and are consistent across a range of industries, including manufacturing, retail trade, food services, hotels and construction. Why do small companies fail and go out of business? The fail to generate enough business to stay in business. The average small business owner does not spend enough time and effort on building a competent and sustainable marketing and sales machine. What can we learn from the colossal amount of failure with small business that we can apply to our own business aspirations? In my 30 plus years as a consultant and entrepreneur, and through my exposure to thousands of entrepreneurs via my company, I have seen plenty. And yes, at surface level the primary reason businesses fail is they simply run out of cash. But trust me -- the cracks in the foundation start well before the brutal day of financial collapse. Many entrepreneurs work hard to discover a point of differentiation then blow it because they do not communicate their message in a clear, concise and compelling manner. I watch many entrepreneurs bleed to death through their failure to communicate, market and sell. Fail to accurately achieve product/market fit where money gets made, and you’re sunk. Entrepreneurs can actually have each of the four above reasons solved, but still miss the business model boat. Many companies go out of business purely because the owner failed to promote and market. The “if you build it, they will come” mentality doesn’t work in an age when consumers can choose from among a multiplicity of options. You have to get your message seen and heard. While traditional methods of advertising are still useful, one of the best ways to market your business is with a website. Even in 2016, nearly half (46 percent) of all small businesses do not have one, according to a report from the research firm Clutch. So just by creating a site, which you can do using any number of self-service platforms, you put yourself ahead of many of your competitors. While you’re at it, set up profiles on social networks where your customers gather. Also, start an email newsletter and advertise on Google and Facebook — both of which are inexpensive ways to build a presence online. How To Use LinkedIn To Generate Sales Leads For Business
How To Use LinkedIn To Generate Sales Leads For Business Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Everyone seems to be on LinkedIn. So you are too. But are you actually generating leads and referrals? Add connections to your network. If you invest a minute or so each working day clicking the "connect" button on the "People You May Know" list that LinkedIn posts in your feed you will broaden your network, and you will become known as someone who broadens the network, which is just as important. Remember: Everyone you talk to about business or meet during the course of the business day is a potential LinkedIn connection. Build out your lead list. Spend five minutes a day investigating the connections of your contacts to see whom you don't know personally but would like to meet. Make a note of those to whom you would like introductions. Start first with the "Recommendations," since those are most likely the strongest relationships of the LinkedIn user you are viewing. Ask for the recommendations outside of your LinkedIn account via email or phone. You'll get a quicker answer. (And you'll get the chance to quickly reconnect with your connections.) Post an update. Spend 60 seconds each working day posting an "Update" to your LinkedIn network. Use the daily update to share a link to an article or a video that is relevant to your prospects and customers. Or use the "Pulse" (used to be known as "LinkedIn Today") feature on your LinkedIn dashboard. Each time you post an update you get displayed on the feed of all the people with whom you are connected. But never sell when you post updates. Add value and share expertise instead. The key to success on LinkedIn is investing a little bit of time every working day--not six hours a day for a week straight, then nothing. Do all of this regularly. The maximum total time investment should be 20 minutes a day, not including developing your 30-Second Commercial (which you should finish before you even log into LinkedIn.) Invest that twenty minutes a day, consistently, for thirty straight working days, and you will start generating more prospects and referrals from LinkedIn. Then... keep it up! This problem is widespread and the treatment underfunded. Unfortunately, most of our brave veterans return home to discover that they do not qualify for any government coverage for dental services. The name has since changed to Dentists for Veterans, to better reflect the service and the target population. Since its inception, over $500,000 of dental services have been provided to veterans in need; eliminating pain and infection, while improving overall health and quality of life. First Time Home Buyer Loans | First Time Home Buyer FHA Loans | Call 888-204-8280 http://lenderfunnel.com Many federal, state and local agencies administer programs to assist people who need help buying a home. Some of these are loan programs; others provide assistance with down payments or with building a home. Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage loans. These mortgages, administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), are government-insured loans that offer very low downpayments, which may be borrowed from relatives. Rates are often lower, and qualifying is easier because credit is not as large a factor. These loans are often assumable, meaning you can take them over from the previous owners or allow a buyer to take it over from you. Refinancing is easier, and there are other products and services available. There is, however, a cap on how much can be borrowed. Processing may take longer and appraisal guidelines may be strict; the house must be worth the selling price. FHA mortgages are not restricted to first-time borrowers. U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Home Loan Guaranty Service. VA mortgages are government-guaranteed loans available to veterans of the armed services, those currently on active duty or in the reserves, and widows or widowers of veterans. Like FHA loans, VA loans have guidelines that allow more people to qualify. In addition, some VA loans require no downpayment at all. There are limits on the size of VA loans, but usually they are large enough to cover the purchase of moderately priced homes across the country. VA-guaranteed home loans are made by private lenders. The guaranty means that VA will protect the lender against loss if the veteran or a later owner fails to repay the loan. Subscribe to my YouTube channel. An agent’s network of personal contacts or “sphere of influence” together with referrals represent the cream of the crop — those warm leads that are more likely to convert because they have some kind of already-established connection to you. As Inman’s latest research explores, over the last decade-plus, the internet has taken the home search online and busted open the possibilities for lead gen while presenting new risks and complications. Using a variety of tools, platforms and methods, you can set up nets in any corner of the world wide web to catch browsers who might also be potential homebuyers or sellers. How to Use LinkedIn - LinkedIn Marketing
LinkedIn Marketing - How to Use Linkedin http://www.edwindearborn.com/linkedin-marketing-an-hour-a-day/ LinkedIn marketing an hour a day opens the door to developing great connections to the very individuals and leaders that you want to reach and influence. Social media is not about selling; but connecting and providing value and help. While you have the ultimate purpose to conduct business with your LinkedIn marketing efforts, realize that you want to connect with people in a manner that is professional and conversational. Just as you don’t want to be pitched by someone you just met, neither do other people. If I were forced to choose between using only one social networking site for my business, from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other social networking sites, I would choose LinkedIn, without question. I still leverage these other social networking sites, but LinkedIn is by far the most powerful for B2B networking and your career. YOUR GOAL WITH YOUR LINKEDIN MARKETING IS TO TURN AN ONLINE CONNECTION AND CONVERSATION INTO A LONG-TERM BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. Social media is not a magic bullet. It is a powerful way to connect directly with the people that make decisions related to your products and services. It is free and quite powerful when leveraged correctly and consistently. But it will take some effort and time on your part, just like everything else in business. “A personal LinkedIn profile is commonly viewed as an online resume or digital business card, and using it for that is a good start.” – Jeff Korhan There are going to be a number of ways that you will become familiar with and more proficient with LinkedIn. First, you simply follow the steps that I have listed below. Secondly, you should read some basic books on the subject, such as “Maximizing LinkedIn for Sales & Social Media Marketing”, by Neil Schaffer. You should also watching some short “how to” videos on YouTube. Simply use the YouTube search bar and type in “LinkedIn tutorial” and there will be plenty of insightful videos on how to set up your profile, how to connect with people, and much more. And lastly, you need to engage with your LinkedIn marketing efforts on a daily basis. At first, it will be difficult as you are learning a new tool and LinkedIn does possess many intricate and powerful features. The more you use it and the more you educate yourself concurrently, you will find it easier and easier to leverage as a marketing and sales platform. In a matter of months, LinkedIn will become an integral part of your marketing and sales routine with very little effort or stress. http://www.edwindearborn.com/linkedin-marketing-an-hour-a-day/

Marketing With Facebook Dark Posts | Crush It like Gary Vaynerchuk Visit our Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/premiereleadsystems/ Sign Up for our FREE Facebook Marketing Course: http://www.premiereleadsystems.com/ A Facebook “dark post” is essentially just an unpublished Facebook post you pay to show to a select group of users. Unlike normal posts, which are available for anyone who sees your Page to view, these posts can leave as much of your Page’s fans “in the dark” as you want. Dark posts can be shown to highly targeted groups of just a few people, or they can be created for broader groups of fans. Like other forms of Facebook advertising, you control who sees them, and exactly how much you spend getting them displayed. But the difference is that they are posts — that is, they show up within the News Feed, not on the sidebar. The biggest perk of dark posts is that you can reach specific groups with them. Why show ads to those who do not care about your products, or might have already purchased from you? With dark posts, you can serve content right in the News Feed that is highly relevant and as finely targeted as you like. You can also A/B test headlines or ad content this way! If your brand or online store wants to reach a highly targeted group of people, and wants to create a piece of advertising that has a better chance at being viewed than a traditional ad, all with the appeal of Facebook’s post format, dark posts are for you. You don’t have to spend much to run them, especially since you can make the audience so small. Additionally, if you’ve not yet built up a large amount of traffic to your store, and are exploring ways to attract highly targeted shoppers without spending money on PPC, this is a format you might want to try. Premiere Lead Systems are experts in: - Facebook Dark Posts - Marketing with Facebook Ads - Top Facebook Marketing Strategies - Setting up Facebook Pages - Social Media Marketing - Generating New Customers with Facebook - Lead Generation with Facebook and YouTube If you run a business Facebook page, you have likely run into the problem of reaching a limited number of users, despite creating compelling content. Medical Equipment Stocks Are Ready To Break Out
Medical Equipment Stocks Are Ready To Break Out http://www.rom3rehab.com/contact The ROM³ Rehab System is a patented technology and medical protocol that dramatically improves and speeds lower extremity rehabilitation. Patients can use the ROM³ System to begin rehab immediately after an injury or major surgery, such as Knee or Hip Replacement, for a quicker return to full Range of Motion and thus the activities of daily living. Using the ROM³ System, patients are up and moving faster, and with greater Range of Motion and functionality, than any other known rehab technology. The ROM³ System can benefit nearly any patient after a lower extremity orthopedic injury or surgery, especially Knee or Hip Replacement. It has also been shown to benefit patients with other ailments or conditions, including arthritis, stroke, heart disease, and many more. To our knowledge, in every situation in which a person has needed to rehabilitate motion and range of motion in the lower extremities, the ROM³ System has shown excellent results. The ROM³ Rehab System involves a patented adjustable pedal system (X-Y Technology™) which enables patients with any lower extremity Range of Motion to immediately begin movement within a limited Range of Motion of the affected joint or limb. Patients, including those with extremely limited ROM, can comfortably begin at the lowest gradients of movement—with passive motion, in a minuscule Range of Motion. Within 7-10 minutes, therapists observe that the affected leg relaxes and begins comfortable exertion, reaching assisted-active motion, and causing: Improved blood flow and lymphatic flow Reduced swelling Reduced pain A key dynamic of the ROM³ System is that a patient uses his/her “good leg” to push, stretch, and rehabilitate his/her “bad leg.” A subtle ingenuity is that the patient now plays both sides of the “chess game”—that is to say, the patient becomes a co-therapist by supervising his “good leg” to support and stretch his own “bad leg.” Thus the patient unconsciously adopts the viewpoint of a therapist, rather than that of a protester, and so better drives—and speeds—his/her own recovery. The difference is subtle, but the results are remarkable. As time goes on, patients can gradually increase to active motions, and adjust the device for greater and greater Range of Motion. The ROM³ System’s universal accessibility and ease of use enables both earlier movement and more movement, allowing the patient’s natural recovery mechanisms to flourish which aids the recovery and healing process.

A Buyer's Journey | Awareness Stage Content
A Buyer's Journey | Awareness Stage Content Contact me at 714-300-9566 or https://premiereleadsystems.com/ Buyers don’t want to be prospected, or demoed, or closed. These steps add zero value to the buyer. Buyers are looking for additional information about your product that can’t be found online. As a salesperson, you can personalize your sales process to the buyer’s context by understanding the buyer’s journey. What is the buyer’s journey? The buyer’s journey is the process buyers go through to become aware of, evaluate, and purchase a new product or service. The journey is a three-step process: 1. Awareness Stage: The buyer realizes they have a problem. 2. Consideration Stage: The buyer defines their problem and researches options to solve it. 3. Decision Stage: The buyer chooses a solution. If you don’t have an intimate understanding of your buyers, conduct a few interviews with customers, prospects, and other salespeople at your company to get a sense of the buying journey. Here are some questions you should ask to put together the buyer’s journey for your company. During the Awareness stage, buyers identify their challenge or an opportunity they want to pursue. They also decide whether or not the goal or challenge should be a priority. During the Consideration stage, buyers have clearly defined the goal or challenge and have committed to addressing it. They evaluate the different approaches or methods available to pursue the goal or solve their challenge. In the Decision stage, buyers have already decided on a solution category. For example, they could write a pro/con list of specific offerings and then decide on the one that best meets their needs. By applying the buyer’s journey framework to content, marketers can create content that maps to the stage of the buyer’s journey the consumer is in. Marketers can create targeted content designed to move customers through the buyer’s journey and towards a successful sale. Subscribe to my YouTube channel.

How To Increase Website Ranking On Google In 2018 | Google Search Results
Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Check out my Podcast: https://anchor.fm/caffeinated-content Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ In 2018, brands will discover that certain actions will ensure that their rankings on Google will remain high. And we all know that page 2 of Google is death. This is a short, yet comprehensive list of actions which you will need to initiate to increase your website’s rankings on Google in 2018. Create Robust Content Which Favors A Niche. Robust, extensive content for long tail keywords is your best route to success. Your blog can become your secret weapon if you wield it correctly. Publishing many, short blog posts is not the path to ranking success. Rather, find your top 20 long tail keywords and work on creating extensive and professional content. Hire a writer if needed. Robust, well-written content — around your crucial long tail keywords — will drive more traffic. Moreover, you will find that this very content will appear at the top of Google’s search results. High-Quality Links Must Be Built & Earned. Begin with citation links. A small, local business with 100–125 trusted citation links will eventually see higher rankings. After that, I would reach out to local bloggers, fellow small businesses in your area, branding partners, etc. to mention their association with you on their websites — with a link to yours. Google will see that your links are relative, local, and genuine. This is a proven strategy. Paid Social Traffic Is Proven and Fast. SEO can be slow and require much work to have a powerful and lasting effect on your rankings. We have found that when you drive traffic to your website through paid social ads from Facebook, your organic rankings will increase. The amount of traffic to your website, and the time spent on your website, are proven ranking factors. When Google sees that your website not only has more visitors arriving, but is staying on your content for longer periods of time, they will increase your overall rankings. YouTube Is A Killer Ranking Strategy. Google owns YouTube. Google loves Google and would much rather favor their brand’s content than someone else’s within their search results. Just as I recommended with your blog posts, in point No. 1 above, you should also create engaging content with YouTube videos. I have created videos for local businesses, concentrating on long tail keywords for their market, and had them showing up on page 1 of Google in a matter of weeks. Only 8% of small businesses have at least one YouTube video, so this is a genuine, untapped resource to place you brand’s content onto page 1. Reputation Marketing Is So Important. Positive reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and Google My Business will in themselves generate more customers. But Google will also boost your website’s rankings if they see that you have a positive reputation profile across the web. Why? Google wants to ensure that consumers discover local businesses which are proven and trustworthy. The more positive reviews you generate, the more it can effect your overall rankings for your website. Build Your Email List and Leverage It. Email not only keeps your brand in front of people, but it also drives traffic to your website and to your featured content, such as your latest blog post, YouTube video, infographic, or your latest positive review. Build and use your email list to proactively drive traffic to your content. Consistency Is My Secret Weapon. All the actions above done as a one-off will create almost no positive effect. The most difficult task to accomplish in business and marketing is consistency. Do these actions on a routine basis throughout 2017, and you will see higher rankings, an increase inbound leads, and many more new customers.

Content Marketing Strategy for Small Business | YouTube Content Strategy
Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Content marketing strategy for small business forms the cornerstone of successful marketing and PR in today’s world. Content is what clearly communicates any company’s brand. Great and relative content should always be the focus of your website and overall marketing efforts. If there is no content worth reading or viewing on the site, then you cannot drive traffic to your site, much less keep them there. As the more popular saying goes these days, “Content is King”. But you cannot just create content for its own sake, but relevant content. In truth, the hard part of successful digital marketing isn’t drawing an initial amount of attention to a website, but to keep people coming back. This means you will need a regular stream of relevant content, not just good content every so often. Your content should be directed at a targeted audience, as modern-day marketers should focus on trying to understand their customers, rather than just tell them what they should be paying attention to. Your content will evidently evolve over time, as the target audience’s interests will change. But the more consistently a website’s content is to their target audience’s interests, the more successful it will be. The secret is to focus with the relationship you build with your community so that they respect, trust and admire you. Content can be company created as well as customer created. It can be curated or conversational. The fact of the matter is if you have content, you are more likely to generate leads and foster ongoing relationships with customers. “Content marketing is an umbrella term encompassing all marketing formats that involve the creation or sharing of content for the purpose of engaging current and potential consumer bases. Content marketing subscribes to the notion that delivering high-quality, relevant and valuable information to prospects and customers drives profitable consumer action. Content marketing has benefits in terms of retaining reader attention and improving brand loyalty. The idea of sharing content as a means of persuading decision-making has driven content marketers to make their once-proprietary informational assets available to selected audiences. Alternatively, many content marketers choose to create new information and share it via any and all media. Content marketing products frequently take the form of custom magazines, print or online newsletters, digital content, websites or microsites, white papers, webcasts/webinars, podcasts, video portals or series, in-person road shows, roundtables, interactive online, email, events. The purpose of this information is not to spout the virtues of the marketer’s own products or services, but to inform target customers and prospects about key industry issues, sometimes involving the marketer’s products. The motivation behind content marketing is the belief that educating the customer results in the brand’s recognition as a thought leader and industry expert.” – Wikipedia Please subscribe to my YouTube Channel

The Greatest Transfer of Wealth Is Coming | From Baby Boomers to Millennials Learn more about becoming a Financial Advisor http://bit.ly/financialadvisorcareer Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ It’s the greatest migration of wealth ever to hit humanity: The unprecedented flood of money, four times the size of the US gross domestic product, that will be passed along to a younger generation over the next half-century. Fueled by rising asset prices worldwide and entrepreneurship, America’s multimillionaire and billionaire baby boomers have embarked on an unprecedented $59 trillion transfer of their fortunes, according to researchers. The cream of America’s 1 percent have already started spreading their money around like confetti to charities, foundations, trusts — and to their Gen X and millennial heirs. “The numbers are staggering,” said Robert Maquat, who covers the New York metro market as a senior wealth adviser at People’s United Bank. “We’ve seen productivity gains in America and rising asset prices contribute to this phenomenon. The stock market bottomed out in March 2009, and since then we’ve had a 200 percent appreciation in equities. Assets like commercial real estate have also gone up rather dramatically.” Maquat advises older Americans on how to transfer their fortunes tax efficiently. He sees the numbers growing. “As a matter of fact, two days ago I was in New York with one of our clients who has a foundation about 5 years old and with in excess of $100 million,” he said. “His kids are in their late 20s and 30s and they get a kind of windfall and responsibility and are able to do some good for society.” A new study by the Center on Wealth and Philanthropy (CWP) at Boston College estimates that nearly $60 trillion in US wealth will change hands over the next 55 years. And that excludes the nearly $20 trillion in charitable contributions by generous Americans. About $5.6 trillion of the nearly $60 trillion will be clawed back by Uncle Sam in estate taxes. The massive haul will be shifted from 93.6 million American estates through 2061 — the largest wealth transfer in American history. “No question that the run-up in stocks and appreciation in property has played a role. We see it all the time, clients planning their estates before passing it on to their family,” said Howard Klein, head of the trusts and estate practice group at Citrin Cooperman, who recently handled an estate valued at $80 million. “We try to help them achieve their goals.” The astonishing scale of the pending transfers has caught some analysts by surprise. After all, the financial crisis of 2007 and subsequent Great Recession crushed household assets. “This wealth arose from the unique conditions of post-World War II economic growth, productivity gains from immigrants and women entering the workforce, and a mindset of saving and investing,” said John Havens, senior research associate at CWP. Not surprisingly, estate and wealth planning is a huge business. It’s practically a full-time occupation for some wealthy families faced with how to preserve and pass on their wealth — and also minimize taxes, according to Klein. That came into public view recently when it was reported how Hillary and Bill Clinton have adopted strategies to avoid paying estate taxes on their wealth. That’s despite having long supported the federal estate tax on inherited wealth that can hit as high as 40 percent. The Clintons are worth from $5.2 million to $25.2 million, according to financial disclosures. “Of course, you’ll never pay any estate taxes if you do one of two things — spend all your money in your lifetime, or leave it to charity,” said Klein.

Facebook Algorithm Explained For Business - "Time Well Spent"
Facebook Algorithm Explained For Business - "Time Well Spent" Contact me at 714-300-9566 or click https://premiereleadsystems.com/ The Facebook algorithm has become smarter because Facebook has more data. More users produce more things such as video, images, and apps. Instead of looking at pure engagement, the algorithm now looks at how long people watch videos, click-back rates, and other factors that indicate whether something is a legitimate signal. Today, the algorithm’s job is to show users relevant content. The more content (more friends and more posts), the stronger the algorithm’s filter power has to be to deliver relevant content. For instance, the average user has more than 500 friends and likes 150 or more pages. The amount of content being produced keeps growing, while the user’s attention remains finite. The more friends added and pages liked, the stronger the algorithm’s filter power needs to be to determine what a certain user wants to see. The number of times a user logs in per day also matters. The algorithm needs to work differently for a user who logs in once or twice per day versus 20 times per day. Plus, based on where you are, what you’re doing, and whom you’re with, the algorithm has to be smarter because your expectations have increased. The algorithm needs to create an experience that makes users want to come back to Facebook. That’s why Facebook says, “It’s about the user experience.” The longer you stay, the more ads Facebook can show you. The user experience is a long-term play because a good experience is the best way to make money. When you own the system and have the maximum number of users, you also have the maximum amount of attention, and that’s how you maximize ad revenue. The algorithm has to determine how much power a particular post has. The number-one factor is engagement. If the algorithm sees lots of people engaging with your post, then the algorithm shows the post to more people. Your post gets some initial reach in the first few seconds. Maybe 1% of your fans or friends see it. If that engagement is high, more people will see the post. The number-two factor is the content. If other people are interested in the content of your post, it gets a bit of a bump. The third factor is the K factor: whether certain information is hot right now. You might want to know that a friend just checked in at a coffee shop a block away. That’s more important than something that happened two days ago. Together, these three factors determine how much power a particular post has. Please subscribe to my YouTube channel.

Bad Yelp and Google Reviews | How To Get Rid of Negative Yelp and Google Reviews [Ethically]
Bad Yelp and Google Reviews | How To Get Rid of Negative Yelp and Google Reviews [Ethically] Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Small business owners, and those who work in the tourism and service industries, know the power of online reviews. While some negative reviews cast wild generalities over specific situations, they aren’t to be dismissed. The opinions of complete strangers have an incredible impact on consumers. Understanding how these reviews and their corresponding platforms work is critical for businesses looking to maintain a positive public reputation. A few questions we’re frequently asked are, “Can I remove bad reviews, or can I pay to have them removed?” Unfortunately, there is no current method to remove negative reviews from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, or the other major review platforms. This does not mean, however, that there’s nothing you can do about them. It’s important, as a business owner, to monitor and respond to online reviews – both good and bad – in order to connect with your customers and give context to their comments. You will undoubtedly come across instances where reviewers launch a full-on assault on your business’s integrity. The comments, themselves, are out of your control, but you can control your response. Avoid reacting defensively. Instead, apply the “customer is always right” mentality, and offer an honest apology. Bad reviews often result from customers who simply want their opinion to be heard. Show your customers you care they had a poor experience, and present an option to mend fences. Again, it’s better to be proactive with your responses, rather than reactive. So if you know that bad reviews are part of owning a business, shouldn’t you have a plan to combat them? One of the best ways to keep customers from coming across negative reviews is to simply bury them with significantly better ones! Put together a plan to suggest customers leave online reviews, after every transaction or interaction. This will increase the number of customers who participate in the review process, resulting in more positive reviews. Be sure to have your own processes in place to support great customer experiences, and the rest will take care of itself! Branding And Marketing Consultant | The Biggest Barrier in Success
Branding And Marketing Consultant | The Biggest Barrier in Success Call 714-300-9566 or visit https://premiereleadsystems.com/ As a strategist and brand planner, I find the use of the term 'digital branding' curious. Do we use the term ‘TV branding’ or ‘radio branding’? Digital marketing has emerged as a specialism over the last decade with its origins rooted in direct marketing. The increase in the number of personal devices and their use means brand marketers have many more ways of communicating directly and interactively with their target consumers or customers. Given this, it's no surprise that branding concepts should be applied to digital media and technology to develop brands through interactions with consumers on their digital devices. We'll look at some of the leading FMCG examples at the end of this article. Digital branding definition: So, how do I see perspective on "Digital Branding": "Digital channels and assets are used to communicate a brand’s positioning (or purpose) as part of multi-channel brand communication or engagement programs". So let’s rename ‘digital branding’ ‘digital communication’ and consider its role in the context of the business strategy and brand planning. Digital branding develops a business’ identity, visibility and credibility in the community that interacts with the business online or through other digital mediums. This makes digital branding essential for creating and establishing a brand's story and presence in the digital world. Digital branding involves a complete digital media manipulation strategy that goes beyond standard online tactics commonly seen with Internet branding, like posting daily tweets, promotional or email blasts. As opposed to digital marketing, branding aims to create connections between consumers and the product or service being delivered so that brand recognition is established in the digital world. Brand establishment involves four key points: Building a digital brand story. Creativity in digital media and marketing. Digital channels and content distributed to channels based on consumer data and habits. Creating digital relationships. The refrain in many businesses is about putting the customer or consumer at the centre of everything you do. New buying behaviours, channels and technologies provide more ways of delivering engaging, consumer-centered brand experiences. Use the right segmentation to communicate with your target consumer to build brand value and loyalty, putting the customer at the centre of everything you do. In summary, success in digital will comprise participating in a wide range of online activities integrated with offline brand events. An integrated approach is key rather than seeing digital as tactical, experimental, a way of providing great content and an easy way of measuring effectiveness. The overall aim should be to deliver an authentic and consistent total brand experience that is aligned with the brand’s strategy, positioning and purpose. subscribe to my YouTube channel.

FREE Facebook Marketing Course | Social Media Marketing with Facebook
FREE Facebook Marketing Course | Social Media Marketing with Facebook Please Visit & Like Our Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/premiereleadsystems/ SEO is slow, Facebook is Fast. Websites are static, lead funnels are dynamic.Welcome to the modern era of social selling.' And Facebook rules the roost in social selling. Cold-calling and SEO are going the way of the dinosaur for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups. Customers are more savvy and technology has become quite advanced in shutting your ad messages off. Your competitors have access to the same resources as you do. You don’t have the time or the financial resources to wait for your SEO to kick in, nor do you have these same resources to hire an effective call center. Social Selling is your answer! What Is My Competitive Advantage? Real simple: Speed of execution with proven techniques. Possessing the knowledge is a small step forward, but without execution you are a smart guy or gal who is poor. Social Selling is about leveraging paid social media advertising to build a sales funnel. As my dad taught me, "Fish Where the Fish Are!" Your customers (the fish) are swimming in this giant lake called Facebook, as well as these rivers called YouTube and Email. This is where the lead generation opportunity begins, because spending money to take them out of the lake and rivers and then put them into your pond (website) is too expensive. The apps that are getting the most usage is Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Gmail, and Instagram. All of these offer paid methods to reach people, or to reach them in a more intelligent fashion. If you want quick, highly cost-effective results when it comes to lead generation and business development, then stop worrying about SEO and stop beating your head in with cold-calling. Social Selling on Facebook is the answer. What Is A Dark Post? These are hyper-targeted, unpublished posts such as a status update, landing page, video, or photo that was never meant to be shared as an organic post. Staying true to its name, it’s never published publicly— it is only surfaces as an ad. We now have the ability to create as many ads as you want without spamming your followers. In other words, we can create hyper-targeted ads for every market segment without overloading your wall with each variation and version of your ad. Imagine creating tailored messages for dentists, while also creating a slightly varied ad for CPAs. You can target your ads to sell the same product or service, all tailored to that audiences buttons. And they never know that you are making the same offer to other types of businesses. Hence, the post is “dark” to other audiences and to your general Facebook followers. How Does It Work? Highly targeted ads are placed to targeted audiences. The analytics of Facebook is unrivaled in reaching your best potential clients. These individuals are typically directed to a landing page where an offer is used in exchange for an email address. This offering (often called a “freemium”) can be a free report, a free online course, a coupon, a complimentary consultation, etc. These are then followed up with automated emails, meant to nurture the leads into becoming new customers. In today’s fast-paced society, where instant gratification is the norm, traditional marketing techniques sometimes aren’t as powerful as they used to be. Thankfully, this society is also one that is consumed with online videos — an often untapped channel of marketing that has the ability to turn viewers into customers. Online videos can and should be an invaluable tool that your realtor brand uses for marketing purposes. Experts suggest that just a two to three second video image holds more weight and makes more of an impact on viewers than any other form of marketing media. More than 81% of senior marketing executives have capitalized on this phenomenon by adding video content to their marketing strategies, and you should too. Below are five more reasons why you need to be using video marketing to promote your realtor brand. 1. Potential Clients Watch Videos Videos are ideal for realtors because they have the power to attract potential customer’s attention more than any other media source. And the reason is simple: people love to watch videos. YouTube, for example, has more than four billion videos views every day. Not only do 92% of business-to-business customers watch online videos, but 78% of people say they get on YouTube at least once a week, and more than 50% use YouTube every day. Furthermore, 48% of consumers say they trust online video ads, so they’re not just watching videos they’re trusting them too. 2. If You’re Not Using Video, Your Competitors Probably Are Chances are your competitors are using — and profiting — from videos, even if you’re not. Some studies have shown that companies doing email marketing can improve their email open rates by nearly six percent and their click-through-rate by more than 95% by using videos in their efforts. 3. Videos Can Improve Your SEO By including video in your marketing program, search engines are much more likely to target and pull your content. In fact, some reports suggest nearly 70% of the first 100 Google search results include video. Not only can this mean more traffic to your site, but it could also mean you don’t have to spend as much time optimizing other components of your site. Plus, videos can be used to bolster your social media which in turn leads to more likes and shares and sometimes better rankings. 4. Reach Potential Customers on Mobile Did you know that more than 50% of all mobile traffic is dedicated to online video? And this statistic is only expected to continue growing. A recent study found that a quick 30-second ad on a mobile device has an estimated 88% completion rate. You could reach possible customers on their mobile devices through video marketing. 5. Videos Tell a Story Though mediums like brochures, flyers, and banners can communicate your brand’s messages or advertise your product, they don’t generally make an emotional impact on clients the same way videos can. Not only can videos entertain clients, but they can also invoke emotions that connect to their hearts and minds. By using video as a way to tell a story, you have the opportunity to make lasting impressions on your clients. Subscribe to my YouTube channel

Breakthroughs in Life And Business | Creating Breakthrough Ideas
Breakthroughs in Life And Business | Creating Breakthrough Ideas Contact me at 714-300-9566 But where do such novel ideas actually come from? Is it from the muses, as the ancient Greeks would have thought? Is it from genius? Is it from the creative side of one’s brain, as Roger Sperry, winner of the 1981 Nobel Prize for his left brain/right brain research, might have said? Or is it from a brainstorming session in a tricked-out conference room with creativity-enhancing furniture, colors, and lighting? In fact, research tells us that innovative strategies are sparked by “precedents” from unexpected places that seem to offer at least a partial solution to the challenge you have in mind. For example, before they founded Google, Larry Page and Sergey Brin were working on how to make the Web more useful for e-commerce. But Page was also working on the Stanford Digital Libraries Project, and realized that you could rank Web pages the way scholars are ranked by their annual number of citations. Howard Schultz was noodling on how to raise people’s demand for high-quality coffee when he was inspired by observing Italians from all walks of life enjoying espresso at their local watering holes. Ford’s idea for the moving assembly line originated in meatpacking plants, where butchers disassembled carcasses moving past them along an overhead trolley. people—not companies—create breakthrough strategies. Breakthroughs go against the grain of accepted wisdom, and markets and organizations are powerful immune systems that throw up multiple barriers to turning new ideas into commercial reality. It takes a person who believes enough in the strategy to be willing to fight an organization or the broader market for however long it takes to make it happen. Remember that Howard Schultz was not the original founder of Starbucks. He was just an employee of the company, then a roasting and packing business, when he was sent to Italy to scout out the equipment used there for roasting and grinding coffee. Upon his return, he shared his idea—to create an Italian-style espresso bar that would drive demand for Starbucks’s high-quality coffee—with the founders, who promptly turned him down. So he quit to start his own business. Then, when the founders decided to sell, Schultz bought the company, and the rest is history. So what does all this tell us about breakthrough strategies? They rarely come from the typical strategic planning effort. Nor do they typically result from the common practice of generating and evaluating strategic options. And they certainly aren’t inspired in a traditional board offsite, executive retreat, or brainstorming session. Instead, they start with individuals working on big, specific challenges who find novel ideas in unexpected places, creatively combine them into innovative strategies, and personally take those strategies to fruition—against all odds. Best Email Marketing Practices | How To Grow Your Email List Fast
Best Email Marketing Practices: How To Grow Your Email List Please Visit: http://gobuttonmarketing.blogspot.com... What are the best ways to build a list? We’ve collected the top 15 to share with you today. The permission model allows you to fill your audience with people who are genuinely interested in your brand and what you have to say. With information collected during sign-up (or later), you can precisely segment your list and design your email communication to suit your reader’s preferences. As you attract qualified leads, you’ll be able to guide them through the decision-making process by aligning content to specific buying cycle stages. My Top 15 Best Email Marketing Tips 1. Offer quality content. Nobody gives up their email address for free. If you want to build a valuable relationship and engage your audience, you need to provide content that is worthwhile and interesting. 2. Put sign-up forms on every web page. Your sign-up form should be everywhere your potential subscribers are. Make sure it’s visible and easy to fill out. 3. Use social media to collect email addresses. Integrate your sign-up forms with social media platforms. Driving traffic from multiple sources allows you to build a strong email marketing list much faster. 4. Design your sign-up form carefully. Ask only for information you plan to use. A good rule of thumb is that less is more — the shorter the sign-up form, the higher the conversion rate. 5. Show your privacy policy. Inform your readers that you will not share their personal information with third parties. A clear privacy policy helps you build trust and convince visitors that it’s safe to subscribe. 6. Show samples of your content. Let your subscribers know what they are signing up for. Use your older content samples to “sell” the email sign-up. 7. Include a call to action. Put a call to action in your submit button, e.g. Sign me up! This makes the sign-up process more engaging and improves the conversion ratio. 8. Give away freebies. Think of a relevant incentive for your audience (e-book, infographic, whitepaper) and provide it for free. 9. Ask subscribers to share. Take the time to prepare valuable, shareable content. Remember that putting the social share buttons is not enough; you still need to ask your subscribers to use them. 10. Build a content distribution strategy. Producing great content is only half the battle. Make sure it’s visible to the right audience. Define who your ideal audience is and find out where they like to congregate online. Then choose communication channels accordingly. 11. Publish landing pages. Create a squeeze page where visitors can download premium content in exchange for their email address. A dedicated web page helps users focus on the call to action and increases conversions. 12. Include testimonials on your landing page. Social proof helps build trust toward a brand and its products. Use testimonials from satisfied customers to help visitors make a decision. 13. Blog regularly. Great content brings more traffic. Develop a realistic content publishing schedule and stick to it. 14. Guest post on popular blogs. Publishing your content on other blogs is a great way to build relationships with other bloggers in your industry and introduce yourself to new people. Include a backlink to your blog, and your blog’s search rankings will go up. 15. Collect email addresses at offline events. Be ready to collect email addresses at trade shows and conferences. Ask for business cards or use the Forms on the Go app to instantly add people to your list. Now you know a handful of great ways to build one of the most effective marketing assets — your email marketing list. Want more? Don't Rush The Process, Trust The Process In Business
Don't Rush The Process, Trust The Process In Business Contact Edwin at 714-300-9566 or https://premiereleadsystems.com/ You’re more than likely in a circumstance where you have customers coming in daily; but, that number hasn’t grown much. You’re afraid to change anything, as at the very least, you’re getting some wins. You don’t want to end up back at square one after all of the hard work, effort, sweat and tears you’ve put in to get yourself to this point. Trusting the process in business means building and always looking for the better process, while continuing with the processes you have. At the same time, you’re not satisfied. You know there is more out there for your company, that you’re not at your potential. You’re not complacent for the sake of being complacent, but you’re stuck in the trap of mediocrity. You’re not good enough to be the effective, impacting machine you know you can be; but you’re also not bad enough that you’re considering bankruptcy. Invest in yourself, come up with a game plan that truly does make sense, implement, continue executing, and most importantly, be patient for that result. Business is tough. It requires us to always put ourselves as leaders, executives, managers, and entrepreneurs into positions of fear, uncertainty and unknown. That’s okay. Realize, though; you will, and probably will often, need to make decisions that require taking short-term backward steps to take much bigger steps down the road. If you’re able to admit this to yourself and have the patience to focus on the bigger picture, you too, can trust the process, and see the dividends from your work to do what most would never even attempt to do.

Best Small Business Advertising Ideas - Facebook, Google & YouTube
Buy my book today! http://bit.ly/bestbrandingbook Check out my Podcast: https://anchor.fm/caffeinated-content Contact me: http://www.edwindearborn.com/contact/ Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwindearborn/ Google advertising is a great marketing strategy for small business owners. You can show an ad for your business to people who are searching for your type of business at that very moment AND who are looking for businesses in your area. This type of targeting makes most small business owners want to advertise on Google. People searching Google are typically in the market for the keywords they are searching for. For example, if someone searches “pizza nyc,” it is not too presumptuous to assume they are looking for a pizza spot to eat lunch at later that day. Since you can set the geographical location that you want your ad to show, you can make sure only people in your area are seeing your ad. For example, you can tell Google to only have your ad show to people located in New York. Compare this to advertising on Facebook. Even though you can show an ad for your restaurant to someone who is a known pizza enthusiast, you can’t show it at the moment they are looking for a pizza restaurant. Instead, you are targeting them when they’re looking at pictures of their cousin’s golfing vacation. This is not as effective. This is what makes advertising on Google so successful and unlike any other type of advertising. You are specifically targeting people that are in the market for your goods or services at the moment they’re seeing your ad. Not only that, you can target only people that are located in your area, which is a huge plus for local businesses.
